No heads up was given beforehand, so we had to wait at the outside station with no bathrooms, and of course my son was over an hour late to his destination. The bus was a full hour late for departure. I hope this feedback promotes Salt Lake Express to be more safety conscious for its customers and the SLC community. Throughout the day, including while waiting for the shuttle and riding in it, I received several emergency alerts on my phone about rising COVID numbers in Utah.

The driver also didn’t address another customer who wore her mask under her nose, which obviously is unsafe. It was incredibly disappointing that the driver wouldn’t wear his mask in such a confined space. He would put it on when he got out, walked around the van, and then opened the door to customers. The driver did not wear his mask while in the shuttle. My main concern and I why I’m writing this review about Salt Lake Express relates to safety. The shuttle was on time and clean and the driver was friendly. She appreciated the feedback and said she’d elevate it for future customers.

I appreciated the friendly woman I talked with on the phone to help me find the airport pickup spot, as that wasn’t clear on the reservation email. I used the shuttle on Friday, October 30th.
